Ahhhh Monday.

I don't know about you, but weekends at our house seem to enter a time warp and in just moments it is another "Monday." 

"Rainy days and Mondays always get me down...."

So, for those who don't know, I work in the world's best car dealership.  My responsibilities lie in several areas, but one is that I am the Customer Service Representative for our Service and Sales Departments.  Every day I go over the Repair Orders from the previous day and reach out to the customers to see how we are doing.

FYI.... if someone has had to spend a LOT of money on the repair of their vehicle the previous week, DO NOT CALL them on a Monday.  They had to go back to work, too.  Let's just suffice it to say that most people are extra cranky on Mondays.  Those are Tuesday calls.
